"Honestly, I was expecting this site to rip me off, but I was pleasantly surprised- my requested part shipped quickly, and upon installation, my iPod actually worked! However, I wouldn't recommend trying to fix an iPod yourself unless you've got some experience fiddling around with electronics- lots of small parts and room for error.
My only gripe would be that the provided pry tools broke almost immediately, but that could have just been an error on my part. For the price(!!), I definitely recommend this company, without any reservations.

"I ordered a Logic Board for my 4th Generation iPod. It was backordered, but I did receive it very fast once they got them in. I installed it, but the board must have been bad because a few chips on it overheated when it was plugged in.
I then sent a message to their support and got a reply within 1 day stating that they would ship me a replacement. The replacement came just as fast as the previous (just a few days via USPS).
I installed the replacement logic board, but the battery would not charge. I am assuming that the previous board fried the battery.
I contacted them again stating what happened. I received a reply again within 1 day stating that they would just give me a full refund. They did that day (the refund included the shipping cost as well).
KingiPod's support department is EXCELLENT. And, I'm sure the second board would have worked fine if the battery hadn't been fried.
Overall, I would recommend this merchant...if only for their support (it's very hard to find good support these days). It sounds like they really care about their customers and keeping them happy."
