"The parts was great and very reliable durable fit very well. "
"Other than that, everybody that I spoke with during that period of time when I made my orders was very helpful and made sure that I had gotten what I ordered. Especially Josh now Josh went out of his way to help me make sure that my order was complete. FedEx became a problem because they split the order and I didn't know what happened to it. Now Chris Sancrant also went out of his way to help me make sure that I had a pleasant experience. I really appreciate King Toyota for Black Friday sale. All my orders had been completed and they arrived safely and I didn't have any other problems. Chris also informed me if there was any loss of items during FedEx transition, they will cover it completely. I didn't know this and it's good to know that they will honor all parts lost. So that you can buy with confidence Thank you Kings Toyota!"
"Ordered a part not generally available thru Retail auto shops. Price was lower than Amazon listing and I picked up one day later. "
"Great prices for parts. Quick. "
"Josh made picking up my wiper blades super easy and was really helpful/friendly."
"‘06 Tundra, 146k mi, recently acquired, new-to-me truck. Brought in for “safety inspection, rattle in front suspension, drill/tap broken bolt that holds fuel tank strap to frame, install customer-provided rear fuel strap” - since fuel strap rusted out and fell off, I had a ratchet strap holding the fuel tank to the truck and had explained my safety concern. My intention was to drop it off, take your time, I’m in no rush. Service advisor Tony says bring back next week and drop it off (Tony obviously wasn’t listening). I repeated my safety concern. Handed keys and acknowledged the $180 charge for inspection. Call back from Tony after tech looked at it. Tony told me truck has rusted frame, “it’s not worth putting any money into it.” Quoted me $5,493 for lower control arms, struts, alignment, spark plugs, transmission fluid, front and rear diff fluids, transfer case service, battery, fuel injectors, drive belt, air filter, and the rusted bolt drill and tap, also mentioned they’d have to cut the frame to get the lower control arms off. Don’t know if my lower ball joint is healthy. No idea the life of my tread wear or brake pads. But good to know I need $1340 worth of fluids and basic maintenance items like spark plugs and battery replaced. All I wanted was an inspection and the broken bolt resolved. I even supplied the parts. For this I was quoted $450. Then later $540 “sorry, a typo” is what I was told by Tony via text. Since fuel tank was held up by ratchet strap until broken bolt was resolved (which Tony was OK with me driving away as-is), I agreed to pay. Later: “Truck’s ready”. Saw Tony to pick up the truck, he said ‘go there, they have keys’. Not engaging in the least. No follow up or further rationale of why Tony recommended “not to put any money into this” ‘06 with 146k mi pile of rusted junk. I felt like I was a waste of his time. Even though I just paid $600 OTD for a bolt fix. I didn’t even get the multi-point inspection I asked for. And to top it off, the check engine light was ON when I was handed the keys. Which is the first time I’ve seen it on since owning the truck.
Seriously? This is how Kings Toyota does business? At this point, it seemed like it would be another painstaking process to ask why the check engine light is on. I’ll go somewhere else where someone will prioritize the customer request and ownership experience instead of max profit on basic, easy maintenance. It’s a shame corporate Toyota turned their back on owners who are left with the horrible frames they chose to have outsourced with Dana, only offering to rust proof over the rust and call it a day, and only up until 2019. But it’s more of a shame when the local dealer/local service adviser, dealing with local individuals are obviously inconvenienced with this situation and seeking max profit, don’t want to touch the truck with a ten foot pole. Very disappointed to say the least. And still can’t believe I was hosed for 3 hours of labor to drill and replace a broken bolt, with an agenda-driven inspection in lieu of the safety inspection I requested. Thanks for the check engine light. "

"Stood around for 5 minutes waiting to pick up online order. There were 6 workers behind the counter including parts manager having a Halloween celebration while people were waiting."
"Best price, fast delivery. "
"I ordered a part online that I needed right away and got to the dealership 1 minute before close on a Saturday (yeah, I'm that guy), but they still took care of me and got the part from stock before closing up!"
"Our salesman Tre located a 24 Venza for us that exactly met our needs despite them being very difficult to find "
"This dealer is much better than our local dealer in Springfield!"
"Have been a customer of Kings Toyota for a very long time. Their service department is top notch and trustworthy. The sales staff is nice and finance staff is not overly pushy trying to sell things on top of the agreed upon vehicle price. Highly recommend shopping here."
