"Order placement was super easy and prices were great, but I never received any shipping information or follow-up after the initial order. After a month, 2 unanswered emails to their sales team and never being able to leave a message because their voicemail was full, I contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute on the charges. I then went an ordered from Kirby directly, like I had always done, and will do from now on. No customer service to speak of based on my experience."

"DO NOT order online! I placed an order, but was never given a confirmation or order number. Contacted customer service and the rep was extremely unprofessional and answered the phone by saying hello. Is this a legit company? After multiple attempts to confirm my email address because of a language barrier, I was told that I was "frustrating" her. She refused multiple times to give me a confirmation number over the phone. She rudely claimed that the confirmation # would be sent to the email address that was verified multiple times, however, I have yet to receive any type of verification of our order being processed. This company (if it is one) was quick to have money withdrawn from my account, but failed to provide at least decent customer service. Never again!"
