"Website would not take my order. Tried to have them arrange a PayPal invoice for the order and they refused. I understand they don't usually invoice, but considering that their site was playing up it should be their responsibility to try and help the customer - instead I just got a load of generic information about how they run their site, none of which accounted for the fact that errors with their site was the whole reason I was having to request an alternative ordering method. After stuffing about with them for a number of days, the item I wanted to order increased in price by more than $20 and, when that was mentioned to them, the issue was completely ignored. Will never try ordering from this site again."
"I’m not exactly sure what kind of busy you guys are running over there. I placed an order on August 8, 2014 and received different answers every time I called on when I will be receiving my order (Long sleeve home, long sleeve away, 3rd kit short sleeve, and practice jersey). I finally gave up on you guys and cancelled my order today, which I’m praying it doesn’t take another 60 days to see my funds. This has to be the most horrific ordeal I’ve been through trying to make an online purchase with a company. Sadly to say, I don’t think I will ever make a decision to purchase anything from your company in the future, and rather spend it on other sellers."
