"I ordered a toaster oven on Dec 3rd for a Christmas gift. I had not received tracking or shipping info by the 13th so I emailed them. They said that they were sorry about the delay but "holiday rush" was the reason. They said they would send the tracking number once the item was sent. I emailed them again on Dec 18th wondering where my product or tracking number was, to which I got an email back saying the item was not available and that they would be refunding my $.
This company probably does a very poor job of knowing current inventory. It took from Dec. 3 to Dec 18th to realize they dont have a toaster oven in stock? Dont waste my time with emails telling me your're "busy" because of the holidays. Do you have my item or not?
I would be wary of ordering from this company as you have no idea if they actually carry the item they are selling."
"They sent me a defective product. When I asked for a replacement, they said that I should return the product, they'd refund me the cost of the product itself, and then I could repurchase it. This means that I'd pay to ship it three times. Also, once they made me this offer, they increased the price of the item by 30%.
The other option they gave me was to keep the defective product and they'd send me a coupon for $10 off my next $100 purchase with them."
