"Everything went well except for the preliminary cabinet design process - I wasn't able to talk directly to the designer on the phone to expedite the process. I had to exchange emails back and forth which took over a week. It could have been finalized in one sitting, which would have enabled me to get my cabinets faster. I finally just approved the cabinet order (knowing there were a few things not quite right,) so I could get my cabinets shipped. Then, when I had to order a few more things, I had to spend over $300 in shipping. (And I had a few things delivered that I didn't need.) "The website is easy to read, which makes cabinet ordering a snap. I like to pay what I bought for with my Debirt Card. Most bank's have a $3000/day limit for debit purchases. Unfort. KCK's ploicy for free shipping if over $3000 creates a dilemma.
If you stay under $3000 you have to pay for shipping, if you go over- you have to use a credit card. It would be great if they could come up with a solution. I would have liked to purchase more decorative pieces, but that would have pushed me way over $3K- So KCK: you lost money. Thank you :-)
