"I mostly like the products that we received from this company. Some cabinets were warped and splitting apart and some the hardware was not aligned correctly. For the most part, for the price, you received decent cabinets. The only other complaint is no one answers the phone when you call for questions or issues. They make a big deal about receiving and reporting problems within 7 days but you can't talk to anyone. I'm still waiting on a phone call now that we placed 2 days ago about installation issues. The directions don't show all the details and the videos leave a few issues unclear like how to put together the lazy Susie. I did expect better customer service because I read the past customers experiences. The shipping time frame was good. It was delivered as promised in good shape. I would order from them again but now I know what to look for."
"At first I was hesitant about buying cabinets on-line, but reasonable prices made me do it.
My first contact with KCK was absolutely great. I sent them a video of my old kitchen and they in turn sent me a picture of the new kitchen and a very low estimate.
I ordered my RTA cabinets on a Friday and I was contacted by the Frieght Company that Wednesday and I had my cabinets the very next day. So, it really took less than five days to get them.
The RTA cabinets were very easy to assemble (about 5 minutes each) and the quality of the cabinets were GREAT!!!!
I would HIGHLY recommend buying cabinets from them!!!!
