However the website is lacking information/ pictures of installation and prep info for accessories and hardware (track) for such items as roll-out trays,. There also was a lack of this in-depth knowledge at the chat or design level. They had to contact the manufacturer to get this info which should be readily available to customer service personnel or in the website. This adds to the time it takes to get to checkout while waiting for answers from Manufacturer. "

Today I ordered additional crown molding- again, the shipping was more expensive than the molding! It's such a light piece, how do you justify charging $95 dollars for shipping one piece of crown molding????"
