"I placed an order for cabinets. it took some time and consideration. we made a few changes along the way. drawings were good and we went over final order with drawing as reference. unfortunately a very important piece was left out. i realized piece was missing from order before shippment had arrived. I contacted sales rep and he apologized. .He also told me that though I ordered over $4000 worth of cabinets which came with free shipping that I would have to pay for shipping on seperate cabinet. I would also have to assemble cabinet as well. I have not been able to start job because missing piece is a corner cabinet and needs to be in place before the cabinets next to it. Now the install is held up because I need to install top set of cabinets before I do bottoms, as it is much more difficult trying to install top sets with bottoms in place. either way jury is still out as I now have all the cabinets still packaged up in garage. I could not unpack cabinets to check for damage as they are on a crate and I would not be able to protect them correctly once opened, and I was not about to do that. So far experience is just ok. I really have no idea how good or bad cabinets are or how the measurements work out. I am hoping for the best. I will update experience at a later date. "
