"Very impersonal customer service, wouldn't take a phone call or call me back. Would only email. Shipments that are still coming keep getting sent to the wrong house in the wrong state, then are in limbo, while being redirected. Consultant will take no responsibility for wrong purchased items. I did mess up a few my self and am not asking for any compensation for those at all. I have not asked for anything other than a good explanation on why they were not upfront with the correct items to buy from the beginning, on the mistakes they made. They are suppose to be the professionals, I am a customer with little knowledge on actual cabinetry. I have received broken items, which is to be expected, as this is for an entire house, so there are a lot of cabinets. Now they have resent out some of the replacement items and expect my installers to rebuild a few with parts they are sending instead of sending out a full replacement. I called customer serivice to see where my misdirected cabinets where and a few days later they told me that my cabinets would be delivered after I had already received that shipment. Not real helpful. That is not good service. So from ordering to receiving to dealing with customer service, totally not professional. All the people I have spoke with, except ordering(as they wont take my calls), have been very nice, but apparently incompetent to be selling cabinets to anyone other than professionals who know exactly what they need to order. Also, the shipping is ridiculous. Still waiting for cabinets. Should have been done and delivered over a month ago. Invoice number is only one of 3 or 4 that I have for this purchase. "

I was disappointed when my cabinets arrived without any notice. I received the notice the day after the delivery and would have appreciated the option to choose a delivery day. Thankfully, there was someone home to receive the order and the driver was helpful (it was pouring rain) in getting the many boxes inside. "
