Pretty generic and kept sending me the message that I could go to a web link or have somebody call me. Not sure I was chatting with a live person"
"Items arrived broke, had to send pics, and still not totally fixed, I just decided to order again and fight that fight later. Website makes it seem like it is easy to do however if you need to return on something you call the company who then has to make a request with another company and then you have to pay shipping and a 25% restock fee pending you get the approval email. I will say Carmie and Luisa have been great - just the rules they have to follow are not made with the end user in mind."
