Please also note that you did not report to our agents via telephone or email any shipping damage, so no claim has been filed on your behalf. This review is the first time hearing of any shipping damage issue. Regarding the missing item, you indicated that you received the correct number of boxes, but an incorrect item by mistake(TCR21-2 trash can accessory). We've requested several times via phone/email a photo of the incorrect item received, which is necessary to file a claim with the manufacturer for the correct item, but we never received this photo. Your recent online order with us contained multiple items including the 18" W base cabinet in question, we're assuming this missing issue is settled.
