"This is my first order with Kitchen Cabinet Kings. It was easy picking out the cabinet sizes. Looking forward to receiving them."

"We purchased the RTA imperial blue cabinet bottoms. We were happy with the low price but the quality isn't great. Every cabinet had at least one if not three panels that were damaged by the manufacturer (scratches and dents). All the boxes shipped without proper packaging for the panels leading to more damage in transit. This isn't KCK fault but they should have vetted these issues before agreeing to sell these products. (They were shipped directly to us from Korea so KCK seems to just be a distributor). When I sent them the list of damages with lots of photos, KCK customer service wasn't the most helpful and I had to spend multiple hours with them on the phone trying to figure out which pieces were damaged because neither the instructions or the items were numbered so i had to unbox and measure everything manually to figure out what the piece was. It was a lot of extra work. They did send some replacement parts but those were even more damaged than the original pieces so we just had to pick the best of what we had. The last issue is that KCK designed our kitchen layout and didn't leave enough space for our refrigerator so we had to unexpectedly buy a new one at the last min. Not a great experience at all but they were the cheapest we found at a supposed "higher quality" so I should have expected... but still disappointed."

"Briefly, I ordered Pearl sample door- described as off white but it’s more of a dark ivory in my east facing kitchen so I inquired about same door style but in a true bright white - was told I can’t mix and match door cabinets styles and finishes. They come that way from factory. Totally get it and I’ll be buying my kitchen cabinets elsewhere."
