"I did the research. Never done RTA before. I am so glad I ended up getting my cabinets from Kitchen Cabinet Kings. The Thompson white cabinets are very nice. The insides need an extra layer of paint, but it's the inside, who cares. Gotta play with the doors a little, but all the adjustable soft closers make it easy. Do not go with any other RTA cabinet store. These guys have the best BBB rating and customer service!"

"The Who process went well until we installed the cabinets and realized we forgot one base cabinet in our order... now it appears getting that one cabinet shipped may cost nearly double of the cost of the cabinet itself. Customer Service is working on a more acceptable solution, so we will have to wait to see how this will work out. Remodeling kitchens is a large portion of my business so it is critical that I am able to resolve issues whether it is my fault or the suppliers fault - it has to be able to be resolved in a timely and within a reasonably cost affective manner, or it just isn't worth buying cabinets outside of my area of business."
