"This is quite possibly the WORST company doing business on the internet. I ordered a Commercial coffee maker for over $500 and as usual they charged my credit card within one business day. Then you all know the rest, three weeks go by and no product. The website tracking doesn't work. Emails go ignored, trouble ticket opened on-line is ignored. Impossible to call as "all associates are assisting other customers" and then you can't leave a message because voice mail is perpetually full.
I have filed a complaint with the NC Attorney General's Office and disputed the charge on my credit card. This company should be prohibited from doing business on the internet. They are either totally incompetent or ripoff artists. "
"I ordered from kitchengadgetry.com on April 28. The item was going to be a Mother's Day gift. My credit card was charged the very next day. The item never arrived, and after many, many emails and unanswered phone calls, I contacted my Visa card company (number on the back of the card), and was reimbursed in full. Needless to say, I will never order from them again!!!"
"I wish I’d read the other 2 reviews before ordering from Kitchen Gadgetry. There is one thing it has been prompt with: debiting my account for my purchase amount. Yet nearly 3 weeks after I ordered a product online (with 9-14 day shipping), I haven’t received my order and can’t even get order status. E-mails go ignored. Phones go unanswered. Outgoing messages say to leave a message, but the mailbox is full—and I’ve been trying for 3 business days. Last Friday I e-mailed ****@****, ****@****, and owner Alex Gomez at ****@**** asking for a response by June 1 indicating that good-faith efforts were being made to deliver my skillet (or a refund). I wrote if I didn’t get it, I’d contact the AG and BBB of NC, local consumer watchdogs, and online forums such as this. And yet still no acknowledgement. Nothing. Appalling – and scary. Have they taken my money and gone out of business?
UPDATE: After I submitted complaints to both the local Better Business Bureau and the NC Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division -- and informed the owner via e-mail that I had done so -- he canceled my order and refunded my money. While I remain extremely unhappy with the quality of this company's customer service, this resolves the matter to my satisfaction."
"DO NOT PURCHASE FROM KITCHEN GADGERTRY!!! I placed an order for a FoodSaver and they charged my card on the day I placed the order. Their website does NOT offer tracking # so I was unable to track the progress of my order. Then two weeks later, they notify me that the item has been discontinued. Then why would they still list the item on the website?
I received an email saying a refund would be processed within a few days (this is after 2 weeks when they charged my card) and after 1.5 weeks, I contacted their customer service asking where my refund was. No response. So I disputed the charge with my credit card company and a week later, they responded back saying it has been refunded. It took over a month to get a refund on an item that was discontinued that they had listed on their website. They have horrible customer service and I would not recommend buying from them ever!

"This is the worst company I have dealt with in online ordering. The order was partially delivered, they charged me for items not received and for shipping as though it had all been sent. I emailed asking about the rest of my order. They promised it would ship within the week. That was 4 weeks ago. I have since emailed 3 times asking that they cancel the rest of the order and refund my credit card the difference PLUS the difference the shipping would have been. I have not had one response to those three emails. I was able to go to another company and had the items I had wanted delivered within 5 days. The phone number on receipt and packing slip is no good, and the phone number listed on their web page is not good either. "
