"The service from the Asheville Kitchen & Company service center was very good. I was somewhat disappointed to have to purchase the larger and more expensive Toastess Model TWT40 Warming Tray because the smaller model was not available either through Kitchen & Company or competitors. The smaller model would be more satisfactory for small families and small spaces. However the TWT40 seems to be working fine."
