UPS "Ground" shipment turned over to USPO for final delivery. Result: USPO unable to deliver and UPS holding the returned order in a third city 75 miles away. Very disappointing. Fortunately, we were able to talk UPS into re-labeling the package by delivery by UPS - as Kitchen & Company's website inferred that it would be in the first place. Wake up people!"
