"I was very satisfied once I received my order, however, the experience of shopping on the Kitchen & Company website was pretty awful. I'm not sure if yall are having a server problem, or what, but every page took several seconds to load. The real frustration came when I was trying to check out... Some of the pages would not load to the next screen, or would take more than a minute, which is pretty ridiculous. At one point, I almost gave up and closed out the tab. I would suggest that they get that checked out because not all customers are as patient as I am. "

She did indeed have two of the items requested on hand, and offered to complete my order herself, rather than sending me off to do it myself online.
