My company spent over $700 having the unit installed and then realized it was wrong model. Owner of company seemed very bothered by my asking for resolution and concessions. Eventually returned unit and purchased elsewhere."

"I was opening my first restaurant and was really skeptical about ordering such a large piece of equipment from online. I called and talked to a guy named victor who seemed very knowledgeable about the equipment and walked me through the ordering process and even gave me a good discount for paying with a check. I sent them a check by mail which i thought was odd, but apparently electric checks have a service fee that the bank charges. Who Knew!! So i sent them a check and and then they shipped me my frig once the check cleared. I got my frig in and it works great. Really happy with with the over look and price of this refrigerator. "

They had the best price, best selection, best shipping rates (free or extra with a home delivery), and great customer support. There was a minor problem with a shipping issues and rep. called me to resolve the issue in a mutually beneficial way. I came away feeling completely satisfied with the service and my range. BTW, if I ever get divorced, I'm keeping the range. It rocks!! Bottom line, the people at Kitchenall are just good people, selling good products, and doing it in a way that will keep me coming back and recommending them to others."

"I was very disappointed when my oven arrived damaged and called them immediately. They were very helpful in filing the damage claim with the freight carrier and getting me a new oven sent. My only complaint is that I had to wait until the damaged oven was picked up and returned BEFORE they would ship me a new oven. So the whole ordeal took almost 2 weeks and I needed that stove ASAP. I understand but still think they should ship a new one imemdiately.
