"This seller listed a 6 tray condiment dispenser stating it was hallow under the trays to store ice. What they neglected to say was that there was no bottom. So ... um ... how are you going to use ice under a two foot long item that has no bottom? On top of this, the photo of the item was incorrect.

But ... I realize people make mistakes. What really got to me is that I sent AT LEAST three emails asking for help that went unanswered ... AND ... AT LEAST two voice mail messages to their customer support number.

They never called or replied.

So ... they've lost me as a customer, and I'll certainly advise others against using this business."
