"My entire purchasing experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. They claimed to have had an office in the US which turned out to be a drop box. The people at the drop box misplaced my check for a week. That resulted in me wasting several hours of my time and my banks time trying to locate where the check was. They never owned up to this mistake and implied that I might not have sent my check out on time. This was after they spoke directly to my bank – the issuers of the check – and were assured that it was sent on time. They then waited another three weeks to make sure the check cleared. Again this is after they spoke directly with my bank – there shouldn’t have been an issue, but this is their policy – fine… The straw that finally broke the proverbial camels back was that after sitting on my order for over four weeks they missed the promised ship date."
