"There are so many catchy incentives, free gift, cheap lenses, 30% off first order, free shipping on first order, free shipping after $99, etc. It is misleading in terms of what a customer can actually expect. I switched from Clearly to order from Kits but all the fake deals just made me feel like a sucker. I'd rather a website be clear and consistent instead of waving different deals in front of my face and then saying "oops sorry not for you""
