"I love both pairs I bought 4 months ago and am buying a third pair with a discount voucher I received for completing a survey. There was an issue with the expiry date on the voucher so I reached out chat support and they resolved it immediately.
My only complaint: I wanted to order a pair for my daughter but her PD was such that only one set of frames was available to her. Can't win all the time, I suppose!"

"Not impressed with surprise $9.95 processing fee on original order with photochromatic lenses, so I decided to forego the lens upgrade. Otherwise KITS ordering is seamless. Just make it clear up front - don't be "one of those". I hope it's illegal soon. I have ordered many KITS in the past - quality is great - and haven't noticed this previously."
