"I couldn't figure out how to pay. I could only see the Apple Pay or pay pal express pay buttons and couldn't advance forward to regular credit card payments. . I tried to pay using the Apple Pay with my husbands phone and cc. it. seems like it took the payment (or payment was approved) on the phone, but didn't show on the account. Please ensure I haven't paid twice.
I was looking for an online chat button for someone to consult but didn't see one. Many of the online retailers at least have an AI persona to ask questions.
Eventually I figured out that something on the shipping info wasn't correct and was then able to step through the process using my credit card. So the experience, while choosing glasses etc was fine, the end process caused a lot of stress and I was wishing I ordered from one of my usual online glasses retailers.
