"My original review, I was upset about an offer not working. Typical bad customer response because they had still come through with 30% off, but greedy me wanted more. They not only made it right, but were in contact with me through the whole process, and let me know they had found an issue with the glasses and had them re-made, and expedited shipping (I had them the next day after they were ready). As soon as I got home, I HAD to try them on, and they did not disappoint me - I am in awe at how good these fit, feel, look and work. You've earned a loyal customer, I can tell you that!"

"Initial experience was meh, ok. Glasses were good, sight was fine. But I was approached by someone claiming to be from Kits, who claimed they wanted me to love my glasses from them. So I spent a week trying on, posting pictures of, and generally shopping for, a pair that made me love them. As I was instructed, I ordered the new glasses. Or, rather, I tried to. Roadblocks and indifference lead me to tell them to take a hike. They will make promises, but good luck getting a response or fulfillment on those."
