"I ordered something on their website with an estimated delivery time of one week. Which is fine, it wasn't an essential. It gets marked as shipped right away. Great right? Ok, here's where it gets bad, and then worse. I am provided a TBA tracking. Turns out this is Amazon FBA tracking information, but there is no way for me to view that information at all. Almost a month goes by and I contact the seller after fumbling around forever on their discombogulated website. Get hold of him and am told I'll be issued a full refund. Ok, thing shappen, whatever. Get my refund a few days later and it's ONLY A PARTIAL REFUND. Kmart sent me an email saying they received my return and issued a PARTIAL REFUND. This wasn't a return. It was never delivered. I wanted what I ordered, I didn't return anything. I NEVER GOT ANYTHING FROM KMART AND THEY KEPT MY MONEY. I have filed a chargeback with paypal and probably have a long fight ahead of me at this point, but I will fight it on principle. Shady as heck, I will never ever go anywhere near Kmart or their parent company again after this. I am beyond infuriated."
"I purchased a vacuum cleaner from the soutland store on 19.2.2020 and when I opened the box i found that the item was heavily soiled, dirt all on the outside on the internel filters (there was also evidence someone had vacuumed liquid on the filter) and all in the barrell. I came back to the store to return the item on 20.2.2020 at 12:37pm and was met with a very abrupt and rude manager. Because i had to catch a cab from home to southland and back again twice which is costly and i am disabled and on a walker so the 2 trips to the store is painful requiring me to take pain meds just to get there so as a result i asked if i can be reimbursed for my time, inconvenience, pain and trouble by having a $4.50 cleaning cloth for free or discounted and the manager cut me off ubruptly with a no and walked away. Im very disappointed and annoyed that kmart would receive the used vacuum back without checking it properly then sealing the box back up with tape, put it on the shelf and try and sell it again, and then to be faced with poor customer service when I return the item. "

"The title says it all. I was told several times to talk to the girl robot but she avoided 'representative'. I had a unique situation and wanted to chat with a real person. Forty five minutes later, listening to the SAME obnoxious music and a voice telling me I could use the website, I was livid. My laptop is in the Geek shop and the guy said you can't use a Smartphone for what I was doing. To top it off, I couldn't understand the guy very well. "
"DO NOT shop at kmart. They screw you out of purchases. I just bought something there for 6 dollars. When i inserted my debit card the payment was cancelled for whatever reason when nothing was pressed. I then had to pay cash. Once outside i checked my bank and i was charged twice. I instally went back inside and saw the manager who grabbed my phone out of my hand and started looking at my person data. I immediately said that is rude and distrispectful.

"I purchased items from Kmart online and returned most of them to the Kalgoorlie store on 17th January 2019. As I paid via AfterPay I was told that my refund of $72.00 would take approx. 5 business days to reflect on my AfterPay account which sounded acceptable.
On the 31st of January 2019 I still have not received my refund so I called the online shopping customer service centre. The agent I spoke to profusely apologised that the refund has not been processed and requested a screenshot of the refund receipt to facilitate her to have it processed that same day. I only received confirmation of that they received said refund receipt on the 8th of February 2019 which stated that it would take up to 5 business days for the funds to be returned to my account.
On the 18th of February 2019 I still have not received my refund so once again I called the online customer service centre. Again, the customer service representative apologised that it has not yet been processed and assured me that she had escalated it to be processed the same day and that I would receive an email confirming that the refund has been processed within the next 5 to 10 minutes.
The following day, still not having received an email confirmation I called again. A customer service agent named Ifra noted that it still had not been processed only to give me the same assurance as the previous agent I spoke to that it would be processed the same day. I informed her that the service was unacceptable I requested to speak to a supervisor after which I was forwarded to a voicemail which disconnected before I could even say 10 words.
I then received an email from AfterPay that a refund of $3.00 from Kmart has been made to my account. Awesome Kmart, only $69.00 more to go!!! And by the way, your online service centre is clearly useless.

"I ordered an item on October 13th. It told me after I ordered the estimated delivery date was October 24th. Which seemed long but I figured everyone can’t deliver in 2 days like amazon. The 24th came and went. On the 25th I called. They told me they would investigate for 72 hours and get back to me. Those days went by. Nothing. On the 29th I called again. They told me they have to investigate again and it would take another 72 hours. After speaking to a associate and a supervisor I said no. I would just like a refund. I was told it would take 3 to 5 business days. Four days later on the 3rd they sent me an email saying the product I ordered was out of stock. Doesn’t matter. I was waiting on my refund. Today is the 9th of November. Still no refund. I am on the phone with them right now. They say though I requested the refund on October 29 they didn’t actually start the process until November 3rd. Then told me that he needed my credit card again. And that it would take another 72 hours before he could start my refund AGAIN. I told him I wanted to speak to a supervisor again. He transferred me to a number that has been ringing for the last 15 minutes. No one is answering. I think the plan is for me to get bored and hang up. No. The line just hung up after waiting for a representative. At this point I am sure that Kmart.com is defrauding me of my money. I will be reporting this as fraud with my bank. And I will definitely be contacting the Better Business Bureau and every other site I can to warn people away from this ripe off fraud company. "

"I am in a nursing facility and sent a friend in to pick up a prepaid order. They would not give her the order because I had not designated her by name for the pickup. At the time I placed the online order I did not know who would be picking up for me and just designated "someone else". I spoke with Customer Service on the phone while she was there and they refused to give her the order. I am done with them."
"I was in Kmart today, I passed one Caucasian associate that worked there and I asked him for help and he said "I'm about to clock out " and proceeded to walk away. My husband and I kept walking to the back and ran into another Caucasian associate (both were males), and also asked him for help. He stated "I am clocking out" as well and also walked away. As we were looking for someone to help us, I started getting frustrated because no one was around. I yelled out "I'm writing a review about this place!" My husband ran into another associate who was African American and much older than the other two men who took the time out to show us where things were. There was no air in the building also. We got to the register and were accompanied by a young African American male who didn't know anything about the sales they had going on because there were no prices or tags showing what was on sale or what wasn't. The "buy one get one for a dollar" shoe sale was a JOKE. We ended up leaving both pairs of shoes at the register. I wouldn't recommend anyone to shop there and like the other Kmart stores that shut down, this one should be shut down as well. Very unprofessional. It also stinks in there. Everything was also hard to find due to no price tags. I will never shop there again. Very disappointed and frustrated customer. "

I could always get my jeans, fishing license and stuff I want at a great price. Then Sears took over, and they made the prices out of reach. I would still go in and check though. However, the North Bay fires burned our local Kmart to the ground. So if they build it again, lose Sears, and get the prices back to reasonable for the consumer, I'll go back. "ordered 3 mens shirts and received 3 ladies slacks and now after returning them, i am still fighting for my refund. Paid $4.94 X 3 shirts and was refunded $3.42 X 2 for the ladies slacks even though their web sight clearly shows they received all 3. If this is what they think of their customers, They wont get any more business from me. "
