"When I went printed the prepaid return shipping label UPS said that it was invalid and that I had to pay for shipping. I shipped the book on time and then was charged $90 by knetbooks. I emailed them 3 times to ask why I was charged and provided a copy of my UPS receipt showing that it shipped on time and was delivered. They have not responded to any of my messages and have not refunded me."
