"HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!
Made a order on the August 6th and chose 2 day priority shipping. My order was finally shipped on August 12th and would not arrive to me until August 18th. I contacted the company and spoke with a lady named Teresa. She was VERY RUDE! Had no idea if my order had shipped or not. Which I informed her it was. My concerned was why my order was not shipped in the "2 day priority shipping" that I had selected. She went on and on trying to explain to me that they have the right to change the shipping at any time. She continued to argue and get loud with me. Asking my why could I not understand they have the right to change the shipping. I explained that I was on a time crunch and needed them. That is why I selected that shipping method. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told she is her own supervisor. I got off the phone with her and called back and spoke with a lady named Cathy. I asked her about speaking with a Supervisor and she asked who I was and was VERY RUDE stating she was the highest I was going to get. I will never order from this company again. I am going to let everyone know how horrible this company is. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

"I recently purchased the Benchmade Pardue Law Enforcement-Black Blade-Ltd Ed 551BK-LE and had it engraved for my husband. He loves it! When I called to talk to someone about what I wanted engraved, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Great Experience!"

"I had ordered this knife:

on the 5th of november, and selected 2 day shipping. On the 11th I finally contacted them since I hadn't gotten it yet to see what the deal was. Their response was this:

"Hi Ryan,

Sorry the Brawler is not currently in stock (there were a couple of orders for the same item before your order). We are eagerly awaiting a shipment to come in to be able to fill your order. Is there another Kershaw item that you may want to switch to?

As you can see in the link above the item is still listed as "in stock"

Considering I'm a first time customer and this happened to me on my very first item I can only assume this happens all the time. I don't care who you are, or what your excuse is, this is no way to run an online business. It's one thing to be out of stock and have to get an order in, it's another thing to not say anything at all and let the customer contact you, and STILL not update their stocks.

What's funny, is that I went to grab the link from the site, to copy it here, and I find out that they blocked my ip address so I can't even look at their site, I had to use my phone's internet connection to grab the link. Very very unprofessional, I highly recommend finding your knives elsewhere.

"Just tried to purchase Kershaw amphibian from this site because the reviews were great. 12 days went by so I decided to email them. Two days went by with no response so I called them this morning - Tuesday. After being put on hold for 8 minutes they told me my knife was on back order from Kershaw. It should not take 14 days to find out you have to wait another 2 months. POOR customer service. I will never make a purchase with KnifeXX again. "

"Knifexx is a great place to buy knives, especially Benchmades. They charge your card only when the item is confirmed in stock and about to ship, contrary to many other online stores.
Orders above 100$ ship free with USPS, and there is a 5$ upgrade for UPS.
Just one more thing: when my order shipped, I received a shipping notification from UPS on behalf of a company called Brassworld. I was a bit puzzled until I figured out it must be my order from Knifexx, so I sent them an e-mail and they confirmed that Brassworld is their parent company.
