"I ordered a product that was defective. I had to write numerous emails not all of which were responded to. That required more of my time until I got a response. I was offered an exchange of the product if I sent it back but return postage would have been about twenty five percent of the items cost and decided it was not worth it. In the end I was out the time trying to communicate with the seller and had a defective knife. If had purchased from Amazon I would been sent a return postage label and they would have shipped me a replacement the next day. Lesson learned try not to buy things you can't examine in person and if you do order online by from Amazon or someone with a similar return policy. "
