On at least one occasion when I ordered a knife from a different company, I received it poorly packaged with the knife box sliding and tumbling around inside the shipping box. This never happened with orders shipped from KnifeMerchant.com as all items are carefully wrapped and secured. Returns and substitutions, which I had to effect a couple of times due to knife-edge defects not attributable to Knife Merchant, were handled swiftly and without incident. The company offers to locate non-stocked knives a customer desires as well as offers price matching with knife-vendor competitors. I definitely would purchase—and did purchase—from KnifeMerchant.com again without hesitation."

"prompt delivery was appreciated, however upon closer inspection of the product after unboxing I noticed the fit and finish was alot rougher than it appeared on the website i.e. rough burrs and sharp edges on the choil/spine that didnt show on the pictures. This made the knife very uncomfortable to hold unless modified with sanding done to the areas in question. "
