"Product and notice of shipping was fine. My problem was shipping. Used standard shipping because was not needed immediately but after FedEx shipped to post office not sure what happened. I never received notice that it was at post office. Would not fit into mailbox and they said they had left a card (not sure why they did not leave package at door as usually done), although I never received it. It was a week later I was finally able to track it down, then had to pick it up and post office is not close by. I realize this is not fault of Knit Picks, but since this was only 1 small skein of yarn, perhaps could be shipped in smaller package so it would fit into mailbox. "
