"The books always arrive quickly, and the people in C.S. are always very nice, but I really resent how often there's a discrepancy in how often there are more items in my Shopping Cart than I want! Twice in the past, I got 2 of the same book, wanting only 1, and last time there were extraneous items in the cart that probably came from my viewing, not choosing to buy, my Wish List. Seems that leaving the Checkout to review whether I want to buy an item, and viewing my Wishlist plops unwanted items in the Cart! Illegal!"
