"On December 20th, I ordered several knives from this company. Total amount $131.00 with shipping. As of this writing I still haven\'t received my order. I have left several voice mails on their order line as they don\'t answer their phones. All you can do is leave a message. I have left a message to the owner Jason Saakes and no response from him either. I sent several emails in regards to this problem and they have never been answered. My bank account was debited for the money on 12/21/2010. I would like my knives or a refund.

"DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. I ordered two knives and paid for them with a credit card. Over a month later they have not shipped ... BECAUSE THEY NEVER HAD THEM IN STOCK. Now they are not answering the phone when I call."
"Girls rock at this place. Nice store set-up. Very knowledgeable and priced right!"
"I have ordered from this company 3 times, a total of 7 knives. All 3 orders took forever to arrive. 2 of the 7 knives arrived busted, loose and literally falling apart (proof that they don't even glance at these things before they ship them). The others were in good shape, but all attempts to contact this company by phone or email were frustrating beyond belief. They do not answer the phone and almost never respond to emails. When they do answer emails, it's to tell you to ship the defective products back to them (at YOUR expense) so they can be replaced--which they never are. In one case, I followed their instructions and sent a busted knife back to them and they just ignored me after that! Their stuff is super-cheap but if you get one busted knife in your order, there go your savings!"
"I’ve placed the order on Monday, July 20, 2009 (Order ID 156506) and today is December 25, 2009. It is more than 5 month; I still haven’t received my order."
"Update to my previous post. I just received the order place on Nov 17 yesterday, Dec 5. The knife was as I expected and I am pleased with it. I do continue to have serious doubts about the business habits of this company and am unsure if I will attempt another order"
"Do NOT use this company. I wish I would have read reviews before placing my order. The knife I purchased (credit card was charged immediately) was not in stock. I told them to cancel the order. They now say the knife has shipped, but did not give me a shipping date. I am now out the money with no knife. Knives4Wholesale does not answer their phones, return voice messages or reply to e-mail questions. Their "Chat Line", when available, is very time consuming and little information is forthcoming. If you're looking for a knife, keep searching....you'll be glad you did. If the knife does not show up in the next week, my next call will be the Florida State Attorney General's office."
"These people are bad, Thay sell items they do not have--They will not answer phone(voice mail only) and will not return calls or e-mail. Will not accept "live chat" if they recognize name.
They will accept on line orders and attempt to charge credit card, but have no merchandise to send."
"I submitted an order for 6 knives from these people on August 4th. I called on Aug 7th and was told my order would ship on the 10th. It didn't! I then contacted their online customer service rep on Aug 14th, and was told it would ship that day. IT DIDN'T!!! It has now been 2 weeks, they've already charged my credit card. In fact, they charged my credit card the same day I submitted my order. I'M TRYING TO BE PATIENT, BUT THIS IS INSANE. RSM "
"Unfortunately, I don't have an invoice number or an exact date for my "purchase". This is because someone stole my credit card and ordered from their ripoff of a website. Someone ordered police batons and tried to send them to England, instead of contacting me about this or cancelling the order (any legitimate site doesn't allow sending orders to places that don't match the cardholder's address) they just sent it to my house. My dad signed for it (not me) and I was stuck with two police batons.
The owner's wife mans the phones, I called them and them that I didn't order the items, but I was told to keep them. She told me that if I sent them back, it would cost me a $20 "restocking fee" ($10 for each item) and I would be better off just keeping said items (this was before I knew my credit card was stolen).
When I find out that someone stole my card, I filed a report with my bank and they said they would handle it. I eventually called back and the rude owner's wife hung up on me. I called back and I got the rude owner in all of his glory. This so called "business owner" called me a liar and couldn't even tell me where the order originally supposed to be sent to or the IP address of the person who used my credit card. I would recommend never dealing with these people...even if your life depends on it."
