I was hesitant to order cabinet pulls online since I didn't know what quality I would be getting. But after reading all the positive reviews and under the pressure of having to get everything ordered on time as well, I ordered from them after another company failed to send me my order in a timely manner. I received my initial sample shipment promptly. In a no hassle manner, Gina and Susie really worked with me to get the pulls I decided on in the end. All additional ordering was very promptly received. If needed, I will definitely order from them again with confidence. My kitchen is not finished yet, but the cabinet pulls look beautiful. "Very Poor.
For one we did not received our entire order. We ordered 8 back plates for the knobs, but only received 3. There was No reason for the shortage on the order. Then I find out that one of the knobs is bigger than the other 7 knobs. I also noticed that the nails for one of the back plates are missing from the package.
