"I placed 2 orders, the first order the packager did not know how to read apparently. I specifically noted to ship 3 100 amp fuses, and they shipped 3 30amp and 3 120 amp fuses.

Now this last order I ordered 2 battery terminals and another fuse holder. Well they did not ship my fuse holder or the fuses for it AT ALL! They are trying to blame it on UPS and the box was SEALED when I got it with their tape. I will NEVER order from such garbage again. BEWARE! "

"One of the worst transaction I made over the net. I purchased KnuKonceptz Kolossus Fleks 4 Gauge Amp Installation Kit on March 16, 2010. I paid with PAYPAL and PAYPAL sent me a confirmation that the order was processed and the money was deducted from my account. I paid shipping $9.99 which was suppose to be 2-3 days once the order was "processed." One week later after sending 3 emails I recieved a UPS confirmation that my order will arrive on March 25, 2010. That is a total of 9 days from the date of purchase. I am still wondering why I paid the extra $9.99 for 2-3 days shipping. I would STAY AWAY and on top of that I haven't even seen the product yet."

"Worst customer service I have ever dealt with online. I paid with paypal and they didn't even acknowledge my order until after about a week of badgering them. My order didn't even show up on their site!

They said they hadn't 'received' the order but of course they did receive my money. They FINALLY responded and sent my order out (received on 01/14/2010); but they sent me the wrong size cable.

I have emailed them twice and called numerous times to try and get the right size cable but they have been unresponsive. They don't even have a voice mail, so its impossible to let them know you've called!

Now I'm stuck with parts that I can't use until I order from a business that actually cares about its customers. Stay far, far away from KnuKonceptz."
