"Have to say that Kogan is cheap - and if everything works fine probably you are a happy Costumer...
I'm not, below the issues:
Delayed shipping

No responses from Kogan
Very inflexible
Detailed story here:
25/12 - One item was ordered, shipping within 1-2 days advertised. Item was shipped on the on day 4 (excluding weekends/holidays) - just a bit annoying
05/01 - Carrier confirmed item was lost
06/01 - informed Kogan by email
08/01 - no response to email, rang Kogan. Mentioned an investigation is required by the Senior team, should take 2-4 days
14/01 - no update, rang Kogan again, requested callback from the consultant I spoke to last time
15/01 - No callback; called again - talked to supervisor who promised email update with in 24hrs
16/01 - Got email mentioning that the investigation can take up to 10 business days. Called again... and requested call back from Supervisor.
18/01 - no call received, so I rang again. the consultant mentioned I could ask for my money back - but I was hoping to get compensation for this disaster. Spoke to different supervisor who mentioned I can't have my money back (!) until the investigation is complete... (Not sure how Kogan determines when the time starts... I emailed them on the 6th...) Requested call back from his supervisor to discuss.
23/01 - no call back, no email - filling a consumer law complaint now."
