"Ordered a relay and battery guard kit, but they only shipped the relay. The description of the part on their site showed a picture of both relay and guard, and the description said "includes both the relay and battery guard". However, the owner told me it was my mistake and that I'd have to live with it. He even changed his website description based on my feedback, but still wouldn't send me the remainder of the order. I ended up returning it, but was stuck with $20 in shipping costs plus return shipping ($27 total). Why did it cost him $20 to ship me a small relay? Because this store is a ripoff and a sham.

Once I had returned the part they didn't issue me a refund until I emailed them 2 weeks later to inquire as to why I hadn't been refunded."
