"On Friday July 30th I submitted an order for 1 gig of the Adata HyperRam. On Monday August 2nd I recieved an email saying my order had been shipped. It is now Friday the 6th and I still have not recieved my RAM. It should not take this long to ship something from LA to Seattle. This is the last component I need for my new computer and it very frustrating not to have it. I'm not sure if it is Komusa fault or the USPS but some of the fault lies on both.

Update: It looks like I will recieve my RAM on Monday. Seven days after it shipped. Maybe Komusa fault but probably USPS. Komusa should make it clear that First Class Shipping is more like 3rd class and can take up to seven days for delivery."

- Although unlikely, I do find it a quite interesting coincidence that the order arrived in stock the exact day i emailed them. Anyways, wait for an update on my experience.

I received the wrong pad from then, and emailed them again, and they were quick about getting the correct pad to me. As an apology, Komusa allowed me to keep the incorrect pad for free. Thanks a lot Komusa."

"Ordered Infineon\Micron 1GB kit (512MBX2) PC-3200 400MHz Dual Channel DDR with free heat spreader upgrade. Website states "Free" Platinum Black Heat Spreader ($14 value) however, mine arrived with blue heat spreaders. I know this sound trifling but, I'm building a system that is "red and black" inside and the blue spreaders just don't appeal to me. I still give this company 5 stars because their service has been impeccable so far. I'll await their response of my options before I update this comment. I haven't tested the memory yet just in case I have to return it for correction.

"I purchased an MP3 player as a gift for my wife. I needed my order shipped to an APO box, and most online retailers charge an arm and a leg for shipping, if they even ship to an APO box at all. However, Komusa was running a special where I got free shipping on the MP3 player that I ordered. At first I wasn't too sure about Komusa's rep as I had never heard of them before, but seeing their rating here, along with the customer comments made me feel a little more at ease. I was not disappointed. They kept me up to date on the order status, or at least the best they could up until it was in the USPS hands. One little note though, it seems that this may have been a return as the tape was not fastened on the product box when I received the package and the warranty card was missing. Also, the headphones do not work correctly, but It's probably not worth the $ spent on shipping to get that corrected. Of course, overall, saving about $20 as compared to the big name online computer place I normally order from on free shipping and a few bucks cheaper for my model, I'm not complaining too much. Komusa will definately get my business again!"
