First they matched a competitor's price for me although that was not their stated policy because I was talking to a human being capable of/ permitted to use creative thought. "I order a pair of shoes and they charged my credit card immediately. Four days later I get an email from "sales" that the shoes were out of stock but I could buy something else from them with my credit. I demanded a refund and got it a few days later. Should display accurate inventory on website and only charge card when order is confirmed in stock or sent. Shady if you ask me...never again.
Update...They did call and offer something to make up for the inconvenience...which is very encouraging these days. I didn't accept anything but thought it was a nice gesture. "
