The order process was very simple and I had no problems. After the order was placed, I receive confirmation as well as my invoice number. The next day I checked my email to find an email with information on how to send them my customized design for my laser etched window. I sent them my image and with a few days, I had my order. This process started out on a Monday. Tuesday was the day I was contacted about what Image I would like, and Friday afternoon was when I received my goods.
Delivery was solid. They use USPS and my package was sealed in a FedEx like box with bubble wrap.
