"I made a purchase of Lamptron CCFL light kit on July 1 2013 order #7390 from Koolertek. It was about 10 days after the order that I put them into use. About 1 month after this the controller failed and they no longer worked. Although I had only used this item just over one month Koolertek will NOT replace the $1.00 controller! I did contact Lamptron, but they wanted me to spend almost as much as I paid for the "KIT" in shipping to send it to them. So, I learned my lesson with Lamptron products and their reseller KoolerTek, as not to BUY.

On of the fans was defective from the factory and Koolertek made sure to send me a replacement as quickly as possible. They personally dropped off the package at the Post Office on their way home so that I wouldn't have to wait another day as their pick-up time had already passed. "I purchased 2 120MM fans that were difficult to find due to them being discontinued. Koolertek had them in stock and delivered them by priority mail. I had them in 3 days. They were packaged nice and secure and in perfect condition. I had tried other sites that said the items were in stock but when I paid, they were all of a sudden out of stock and I had to get refunded. I will check this site next time first and use them if possible. Overall a great buying experience."
"I had a great experience with KoolerTek. It was late on a Friday and I wanted to order a fan and get it as fast as possible. I had to ask a question first and was amazed to get a reply almost immediately so I could order. Even still, I realized it was too late to have it shipped out that day as I was past the deadline. I figured I'd have to wait until the middle of the next week to get it. Yet shortly after I ordered it, I got an email saying they were going to personally drop it off to be shipped that day without me even asking! The fan came on the Monday after and works great. "I ordered a couple of 12v case fans to fix a wine cooler with a bad fan. One of the fans had a problem starting up. This was not an expensive fan or a big sale by any means. I shot an email to the contact number on the website fully expecting that I might get an answer in a day or two. They wrote back the same day, we exchanged a couple of troubleshooting emails and a replacement was in the mail that afternoon. Hats off to great customer service. If I could give them 6 stars I would."

"Normally I don't bother to write reviews anymore, but I ordered a few things from Koolertek and realized I forgot to add some LEDs. E-mailed them immediately about canceling or adding to the order and they got back to me within a day, saying to place a second order, they would ship everything together and comp the price of shipping. Most online stores nowadays would have blown off the e-mail and shipped the first order anyway. Others even have problems (*cough* FrozenCPU *cough* ) getting the first order put together right.
Within a few hours after placing the second order, they had shipped everything out and I received everything within 2 days! Thanks, Mr Clay! Top notch customer service - I would not hesitate ordering from these guys again.
Update: Recently ordered some fans and miscellaneous cooling parts. Forgot to include a grill for one of the fans and placed another order. Koolertek combined both orders, included a discount that I had on one of the orders all *without even asking!* Are they for real?! Definitely will be buying my cooling equipment from them in the future. They even offer blank credit cards for spreading TIM - how cool is that?"

"It was great doing business with KoolerTek. I placed an order on 07/06 for two Scythe S-Flex SFF21-G fans for my new Prolimatech Megahalems Rev. B i7 CPU cooler. The price for these was VERY VERY good. Other popular retailers -- I'm sure you can guess which ones -- were charging $20 for only ONE of these fans. At Koolertek, I got TWO of them for $22 (excluding shipping). Though I intended to use both of these fans in a push/pull configuration on my heatsink, and while I am currently running them like that, the pull fan has to be undervolted and run at 25% efficiency otherwise it produces an intolerable buzz/whine. However, this is not Koolertek's fault but rather Prolimatech or maybe Scythe's. So it looks like I will need to either replace one of the fans or get two new matching ones and I will probably go with Koolertek for that. Either way, it was a pleasure doing business with this company."
"Placed an Order for some GT-15 Fans and one Lamptron 7-Spread Lazer LED (Blue). Place the order Thursday around 1 PM EST and by 3 PM EST the order was shipped and I had a tracking number- wow. Order Arrived Saturday and it was packaged great. Turns out that one of the LED's on the Lazer LED kit wasn't working so I contacted Koolertek and Nathan responded immediately. Requested a picture of the LED not working which I sent and he responded back that he will send out a replacement free of charge and personally test the light before shipping it in order to assure it works as expected. What can I say- great customer service, lightning fast shipping, great packaging and the prices are awesome!"
"I placed an order for some Yate Loons D14SM-12 for the Corsair 800D. The price on these is some of the cheapest I have seen and the S/H is very reasonable as well.
The package arrived as expected. What I did not expect was how well everything was packaged together! Each fan was in its own plastic bag and well wrapped.
Unfortunately, the air flow rate was not enough for my need and they were making an annoying buzzing sound (at least to me) in the orientation that I was using them.
So I emailed Koolertek for the possible exchanging with the Noiseblock PK-3. I promptly got a response from Nathan explaining that it had passed Koolertek's return/refund deadline. It was me who took the time to assemble the system as I was waiting for all the parts to arrive.
Nathan gave me such a great discount on the PK-3 that I did not bother with the return of the Yate Loons because it did not make sense with the restocking fee and cost of return shipping. Koolertek/Nathan customer service had been excellent! I will definitely go back for water cooling stuffs."
