"I placed an online order for touchup paint. When I arrive the next day, I was told the order was not ready, however, the touchup paint was literally right behind the counter. I had to go complain to a manager in the service department, who eventually was able to reach another manager in the parts department, and then he handed it to me. The person at the parts counter refused to sell me the part at the online price which was less than half the price. I ended up staying there for over 30 minutes for something that should've taken five minutes."
