" This is the second time that an order through Kotoula’s did not work. It took three days to notify me that my billing address was not correct. I tried to call them and was on hold for almost 30 minutes. I gave up out of frustration. I tried to call again, but there was nobody to answer the phone again. The website is antiquated. I could not update my billing information on the website. I’ll never try to order again with this company."

"I ordered a meat grinder and had been expecting it to be delivered. When I did not receive it (or any tracking information), I looked it up and found the order was pending. So I called Kotula's and was on hold for 37 minutes. The person I spoke to was not the correct person, so she transferred me to the correct department. On hold for another 32 minutes. This person found that my credit card had been charged, but the order was rejected because it was trying to pull from a warehouse that did not stock the item. She said it would be sent out right away. I still have not received a shipping confirmation or any tracking information so I still don't really know if the item is on the way or not. This is not a typical experience with Kotula's."

"Ordered my rolling garden seat on Monday. Received the package on Thursday. Needed tools to assemble, but that is what you should expect for a heavy duty yard tool. The seat is very adjustable and easy to change heights. Everything arrived in perfect condition with the exception of the plastic tray that goes under the seat. I saw no use for that anyway. Take a deep breath and read the assembly instructions. Do not over tighten the steering screws. "
