"Our rolling deluxe Garden Seat took probably twice as long to put together as it should.
Problem 1: One of the bolts had been machined improperly and it couldn't be tightened with a screw driver. There were no extras so this necessitated a trip to a Hardware Store.
Problem 2: The under frame was bolted on backwards at the factory to make for a smaller shipping package, but I saw nothing in the instructions telling me
to reverse it so that the handle could be attached. It took a while to realize that a part wasn't missing.

"I ordered a small table w/chair storage set for my daughter. When it arrived, the table had marks where holes had been puttied then sanded. Chairs looked worn and scratched. We sent it back and Kotulas sent another set out - the second set was no better. The quality of the furniture was lacking, to say the least.
BUT - the customer service I received was excellent - I don't know where Kotulas gets their items from (the table was shipped from Northern Tool and Equipment) they should definitely reconsider carrying items from this seller."
