"I love the windmill but there was no instructions or step by step how to assemble the parts.
It gives you a list of the parts and a picture. I had to assemble it three times before I finally
figured out how to assemble all the parts. If they would make it more clear and tell you that
some parts intertwine with one another you can get it done fast. I was exhausted by the time
it was done. It looks great and I am very happy with the finished product."

"I placed an order, received order confirmation but after several days, still had not received shipping/tracking information. I called and was informed that since my billing address was different from my shipping address (we have no postal delivery so bills are sent to a PO Box) the shipment wasn't even scheduled to ship yet. The customer service rep was very nice and promises that my items will ship on the next business day. Very frustrating to know that had I not been proactive and called for a status update, my items would have taken even longer to ship."
