"I ORIGINALLY ORDERED A TONKA DUMP TRUCK FOR MY GRANDSON ON 12/22/17, EXPECTING HIM TO GET IT IN MID JANUARY. LONG STORY SHORT I DID NOT USE MY EMAIL FROM 1/28/17 FOR SEVERAL WEEKS 6 WEEKS LATER, NO DELIVERY, I EMAIL, AND CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE PROBLEM IS MY BILLING ADDRESS WAS LISTED WITH THE ACTUAL ADDRESS OS THE PO AND MY BOX NUMBER, DIFFERENT THAN MY CREDIT CARD'S MAILING ADDRESS, WITH JUST A PO BOX . I THOUGHT IT WAS DONE AFTER A 35 MINUTE PHONE CALL, .......SAME BS. EXCEPT THE SECOND TIME, AS I HAD REQUESTED PHONE OR TEXT OR SNAILMAIL...I HAD TO WAIT FOR A LETTER & GIVE 2 LETTERS TO REP AND CALL A SPECIAL NUMBER ON HOLD 2X.... I ADDED A FRONT LOADER TO THE TRUCK ORDER FOR HIS 2ND BDAY IN MARCH. ALL THE REPS WERE NICE AS I WAS. I ALSO INFORMED THEM THAT MY HUSBAND IS DOING CHEMO, I DO NOT HAVE ALL THIS TIME... ANYWAY ALLOWING TWICE THE EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME, NO TONKA TOYS. NO EMAILS LETTERS TEXTS OR PHONE CALLS AND MY EMAIL WITH ORDER CONFIRMATION # IS REFERRING TO 12/2017 ONLY."
