"I received an email saying they were having trouble with my shipping address and I was to call and choose option 9. I tried 3 times all three times I was on hold for a total of 45 minutes. I finally called again and this time I choose a different option. I was able to talk to someone and they were able to correct the problem. Actually there was no problem my card number and billing address were correct. My shipping address was to my work and your system did not like that address. Hopefully she corrected it. I have not received another email so I hope that I will receive my items before Christmas. I will respond to the quality of the items after I receive them.
