First experience

"I ordered and my order was supposed to arrive before Christmas but now my order has been delayed, so it will be after Christmas before my order will arrive. It was meant to be a Christmas gift, so I am not happy! I will be even more displeased if it never arives."

Customer Service

"Your customer service is poor. Everyone knows Christmas time is busy and most hire extra personnel for Christmas time. Obviously you guys didn't. It is ridiculous to wait on the phone for extended periods of time. There was a mistake in my order and I had to call Customer Service. I sat on hold for 19 minutes. Totally unacceptable. "

"I was VERY disappointed to place an order for the beer belt buckle only to find out after I placed the order that it is on backorder and will not be delivered until after Christmas. I would NOT have ordered it if I knew that. UGH!"

waiting game

"I was looking in the catalog when I found something I would enjoy. Paid for it then nothing for a few days. I get a email for the company stating the address is incorrect. I have been waiting for a few days for a tracking number only to get a cancellation notice. The card I used is mine and no one else. First visit and last."

Items not really in stock

"Made an order for a gift item. Website indicated item in stock and 3 to 5 business days for delivery. Got an email 2 days later that item was out of stock and expected delivery would be 3 weeks later. Still have not received the item."

order was put on backorder

"after showing item was in stock, I was sent an email stating oops out of item!Was put on backorder, backorder was december 29th!! this was my first and probably last time to order anything , I do not appreciate being given deceptive information , they took all my info,,went into my account put the money as pending, then sending an email to tell me not in stock after all, was very deceiving I think, if I had not read the email, don't know when i would have found out!!"

Backorders

"Website clearly stated item was "in stock" and "would receive by Christmast". Placed my order got a "your order is being processed" then all of a sudden it was "back ordered" and would not be sent until after Christmas. Felt they just baited you in to buy the product."

Cool stuff fast

"This is my second order. The first one was only a couple of days to deliver. Everything was perfect. My second order is a Christmas Story leg which I ordered regular ground freight. Still waiting for that shipment however I ordered during the peak Christmas season so I understand shipping taking 1-2 weeks. "
