"i had called to have an intercept done to the item i purchased so that ti would go to another address as a gift for someone. i figured since they didn't offer that option on their site, i would call and ask them to send it directly to the person it was for so i could save a little bit of postage costs. i was assured they could do this for me as an intercept and that shipping would take an extra day. and i was ok with that. however when i got the email from the customer service agent that would confirm the intercept had gone through, i was told she wasn't able to do it in time and that it would still be coming to me. so im not real happy about the experience and honestly they need to offer such an option on their site."
