"Surprised at how poorly this was packed for shipping. It was not in original box from the manufacturer. A large box arrived with loose pieces and parts thrown randomly into the box with no protective packing material. Parts rattling around loose. There was a in the box bottom where parts broke through the box. The hardware bag appeared to have been opened and was missing part of the bag and some hardware seemed to be missing based on the parts list. The Manual for assembly did not include pictures of the parts. Parts and hardware were not numbered. Assembly diagram was 2 inches square - so small you could not see what the parts were or where they went. Customer service did not have the parts list or manual or diagram in their system and could not help figure out parts or assembly instructions. Also poor welding. Cart has been returned and reimbursement is pending. "

Lighthouse is nice but the base is uneven and rocks on flat surfaces. Some sanding will take off the high areas but shouldn't have been necessary for us to fix a new item."

"I placed my first order with Kotula's on June 26th. As of today July 1st my order is still pending in the warehouse. I placed a call to customer service on Friday to try to get an ETA on my package and she told me what I already knew. She then went on to say that because of the zone I was in I should received my bench no later that the 3rd. I told her I really wanted it for a July 4th get together and she said no worries I'll get it by then. Well HELLO!! It's the 1st and there has no sign of movement on my package. I'm not feeling to good about this company about now, so I think this will be my first and last order with Kotulas!!"
