"The item was exactly as advertised and shipping was very fast. However, assembly of the chair was difficult as the needed screwdriver was not included in the package. A short, "stubby" screwdriver is needed to install the screws that attach the seat--there is very little room to get a normal screwdriver to work and applying pressure to get the screws started is hard to achieve."
